Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before redemption

Refund Policy if cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order and Fees. For accounts based in the UK our transaction fees are as follows: - 1.4% + 0.20p for European cards - 2.9% + 0.20p for non-European cards - If currency conversion is required, an additional 2% fee will apply. If cancelled in less than 24 hours before time of appointment or in case of no-show, order will not be refunded.
